Do you believe in second chances? How do you bounce back from an experience that could break you and come out victorious? We chat with Coss Marte the founder of ConBody - a bootcamp studio that employs formerly incarcerated people as fitness trainers and offers them a second chance at employment and turning their lives around. Coss himself served time in prison on drug charges, as he used to operate a multi-million dollar drug business out of the Lower East Side in New York City. Coss talks about his transformation in life, fitness and business - and how an epiphany he had in prison led him to a renewed outlook, mission, and focus. Coss also shares the characteristics he thinks every successful entrepreneur needs to cultivate, how to create your own success, and what helps keep him motivated during difficult times.
