Meet Manouchcar (Missy) Pierre-Val, MSN, ARNP, FNP-C - a Nurse Practitioner, former NFL cheerleader and the Founder of Scrub Angels - an online community that educates and supports nurses in finding fulfillment in their lives and careers. After being a nurse for over 7 years, Missy noticed nurses within her community were becoming easily burned out, lacked support and mentorship and felt lost in their careers...so she decided to do something about it. Listen in as she talks her #dreamdriving journey including the lessons she learned during her NFL cheerleader days (and why she sued them!) to moving across the country and launching her own nurse practitioner group.
