When you're pouring out so much, who is pouring into you? We chat with Tierra Burrell, the founder of Tierra Goes Green, a lifestyle consulting and product line business. Tierra talks her entrepreneurial evolution and why we as dream drivers need to pay attention to what we're feeding ourselves physically, emotionally, and spiritually. The biggest takeaway? "Nothing happens until you decide." So, what are you going to choose?

Tierra's story spans from starting her career as a paralegal then moving to Atlanta to chase her dream of being a makeup artist - working at MAC Cosmetics. She then turned her side-hustle as a freelance make-up artist at a local strip club into her first business, Make-Up by Tierra. It was during this time that she decided to be the change she wanted to see and founded Tierra Goes Green. Tierra has dedicated her life’s work to teaching what she has learned to help others unlock the magical unearthing of life powered by the consistent pursuit of total body wellness.

Every dream starts with an idea.  As an old Jamaican saying says, "Weh fi yuh, cyan be un fi yuh!" (What is yours cannot be unyours).  We chat with Lois Hines - the co-founder of Tropic Isle Living - a company she launched with her late husband Michael Hines at the age of 21. Tropic Isle Living is a health, beauty and  wellness  brand specializing in products  that  contain  all-natural,  nourishing  ingredients  sourced  from  her  homeland  of  Jamaica.

Lois takes us along for a ride - from the early Tropic Isle Living days, to growing distribution, to social media's effect on the business - and eventually the moment that would change Lois' and her family's life forever. Even through tragedy, Lois' outlook on life and commitment to growing herself and company - while giving back to the community is ever-present. She talks about how we as  dream drivers can stay disciplined, be diligent in our hustle, pay homage to our culture/roots while remembering that "anything is possible."
